Velora provides a hosted WhatsApp communication workflow that allows a business to receive, review, and reply to inbound customer messages with the help of AI and a business-managed knowledge base.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

- ensuring they have the right to use connected WhatsApp assets

- keeping account credentials and API tokens secure

- reviewing and maintaining the accuracy of their knowledge base content

- complying with Meta, WhatsApp, and applicable legal requirements

Acceptable Use

The service may not be used for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, spammy, or rights-infringing activity.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may change, be suspended, or be removed at any time.

Third-Party Services

The service depends on third-party providers including Meta WhatsApp Cloud API, hosting providers, database providers, and AI providers. Their availability and policies may affect the service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if the service is misused, required by law, or necessary to protect the service or other users.
