If you want your WhatsApp conversation data or related account information deleted from Velora, send a deletion request to:

support@geniuslab.agency

Please include:

- your business name

- the WhatsApp phone number involved

- any additional information that helps identify the record to remove

We may request verification before deleting records to prevent unauthorized deletion requests.

Once confirmed, we will process the request within a reasonable operational timeframe, subject to legal, security, and record-keeping requirements.
